Sorry for the noob question, but did anyone have an experience registering their hanko (jitsuin) at Shibuya City hall? I found the information that the name shouldn’t be changed from katakana to kanji and vice versa, but it says nothing about Latin characters. Should I keep them as it is on my registration of address record, in English? Or should I convert them to katakana?
Also, my name is long, so can I just use my last name you think?
