Hello, we are 3 traveling to Japan for the the 1st time. We love a mix of things from culture, nature, photography, food, anime (All obsessed with Pokemon and Kirby), shopping and exploring different cities! We are going from March 25 – April 12th in hopes of catching Cherry blossoms. We are going to be staying in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with 2 possible day trips to Kawaguchiko and Hakone, this is what we have so far and are pretty flexible moving most things around and understanding we may not be able.to do everything. We are from NYC so feel comfortable with a lot of walking and figuring out public transportation!

My biggest questions are
We have 1 person in our party with tattoos, any suggestions for experience with day use friendly onsen that has private rooms and is tattoo friendly. I only found 1 after extensive research. Open to day trips.
We plan on getting either Pasmo, Suica or ICOCA, is there one better than the other for all 3 cities?
We can move around our itinerary in hopes for a day with clear skies for optimal Mt Fuji views, will booking a bus/train to Kawaguchiko only a few days in advance be possible during Cherry blossom season?
Any other must dos I’m missing?
