Use less rice.
Rice ratio too high. Common mistake. Less is more.
The rice consistency looks good! And nice rolling. Agree w others about the ratio.

Did you make this using a sushi making tool? It doesn’t look bad, it just has that circular block of rice feel to it you see when someone uses one of those sushi bazookas
