Before starting my current job I was on National Pension and Health Insurance. For the end of year adjustments, my employer is asking for how much I paid in Health Insurance this year. I seem to have lost the recipts for my previous payments. I also don’t remember getting the note with the summary for the year on it.
Is there any other way I can get a confirmation of what payments were made for health insurance payments?

Most municipalities don’t send the annual summary until late December or early January, so there’s a high chance it hasn’t been sent to you yet.

Yes, the health insurance desk at your municipal office can provide you with such confirmation upon request. Search your municipality’s website for 国民健康保険 (national health insurance) and 料納付確認書 or 納付済額通知書 (different municipalities give slightly different names to the document) to find out how to request the information.
The staff would probably even tell you the total figure over the phone, if you provide sufficient identifying information. (Keep in mind that you don’t need any proof to claim the payment of NHI premiums for year-end adjustment purposes.)
