Wagyu beef skewers at markets like Tsujiki?

How are the ~30,000 yen wagyu skewers at Tsujiki Market, Nishiki Market, etc? Are they a good, quick way to try wagyu or are they lower quality and I’m better off trying it at a proper restaurant?

I tried one of those wagyu sushi pieces where they torch a thin slice of Wagyu on top of rice and found it pretty disappointing.
