Would love some opinions and/or recommendations for travelling to Japan this December with a friend. I have never experienced snow, and what better way than in Japan! I went to Japan last September/October and sizzled in the humidity so definitely want the opposite this time 😂
Recommendations on:
– affordability; I would prefer going at the beginning of the season so start of December
– will Nagano have any snowfall by then? Or are we best to travel to Sapporo/Hokkaido? If so, any recommendations on places to go? I have never skii’d so would need to be beginner friendly!
– what to pack/expected temps
– any other tips and/or tricks
I will keep doing my own research in the meantime, but theres plenty of experienced people in this thread that I thought it would be worthwhile to ask!
