My friend and I are going to Osaka in early October. My friend is really into art scenes in cities, but feels like googling stuff doesn’t give you the real local experience. I don’t exactly know what he is looking for, but I figured posting here might get me some answers or interesting places to check out.

My best bet is that he wants to see cool galleries or locations that feature local artists doing interesting things or displaying their art in cool ways. Beyond that if anyone has any recommendations on things to do in Osaka that aren’t the typical things but worth doing I’m all ears.
