Missed the window transfer from DC to Rakuten IDeCo

I missed the 6 months transfer window from my previous DC Plan to Rakuten IDeCo by a few weeks.

I have 2 questions if you can help please:

1. I have a few days left this year, can I still max up my Rakuten IDeCo to JPY 276,000 (JPY 23,000 x12)? I have been trying to find a “buy button” similar to NiSA but I cannot find it (I’m using Google Translate).
2. I suppose my previous DC plan has been transferred to my Japanese pension. Where could I check that please? Can I go to a combini with my MyNumber to check my pension please?
