Hey everyone! I will be spending my honeymoon in Japan and I’ve prepared a preliminary itinerary with my fiancée. We will be going in March and we want to take things slow. We prefer sighseeing/exploring and we’re also two big anime nerds. Taking this into account we’d love to hear your feedback on what we have at the moment. Thank you in advance for any comment!
Regarding the side trip from Tokyo to the Five Lakes region, would you recommend spending a night in Kawaguchiko? We are unsure what to do on this one and would like your suggestions.

Edit: Thank you all for taking a bit of your time to reply. Based on the comments we will be doing two small changes to what is presented below:
1. Visit Fushimi Inari on the day of our arrival to Kyoto, thus freeing up the last day in Kyoto for the Bamboo Forest & Monkey spot;
2. Spending a night at the Fuji 5 Lajes Region, probably at a Ryokan, and go back to Tokyo the next day.
