Apologies for posting questions several times this week, but I’m currently looking at a few Airbnbs and was wondering which area you guys would recommend for staying in Kyoto? I’m trying to decide between Fushimi (10 minute walk south of shrine) or Southern Sakyo (close to Silver Pavilion), but am definitely open to trying out a different location.
I’m looking to stay in a relatively nice and quiet, presumably residential area. I’m okay with walking, so don’t mind being a bit away from the main parts of the city. Are either of these locations good choices, or would you recommend somewhere else instead? Any feedback would be super appreciated!
