As the title suggests.
My husband and I have an upcoming Tokyo trip next month and we have plans to do a DIY Mt Fuji landmark trip, Gotemba shopping day and Hakone day tour. the travel to and from tokyo looks a bit tiring if we do these three as day trips from Tokyo so we decided to stay at gotemba as the base then travel to Kawaguchiko and Hakone for 3 days.
now our plan is to travel to Kawaguchiko on an early morning from our hotel in Tokyo, spend a day touring around Mt Fuji and then travel to Gotemba to checkin.
My bladder is not good with bus rides more so that it’s a 2-hr bus ride. is there a toilet in the bus or a pee break halfway through the ride?
I saw train options in google maps, but it doesnt look efficient because of the transfers
Is there also a luggage / backpack storage in kawaguchiko station so we can move around freely throughout the day?
