Departing flight from UK, then transferring from Haneda airport to Kansai International airport. Do I need two different yunyu kakunin sho for my medication???

Greetings,

My first flight is from Heathrow London to Haneda airport, and then I have a domestic flight from Haneda airport to Kansai International airport.

I will be bringing 12 months worth of a few medications with me, and I’d like to know if I need one or two yunyu kakunin sho. I know that I will need to get one for my landing at Haneda, but do I also need a seperate yunyu kakunin sho for Haneda to Kansai International?

I can’t seem to find anything about this anywhere, so I hope that someone has also gone through the process of taking a connecting flight from one Japanese airport to another.

Thanks in advance!
