I have just submitted every information that ritsumeikan APU has required, including the application fee and the online assessment test(for the Nov 29th deadline).
But the thing is that i paid the fee by bank transfer on nov 28th, and just now completed the online assessment test(Nov 29th) Will those be counted as submitted or have i just wasted money and time?

its probably ok but it might not be, who knows. One thing for sure though is that random people on the internet will not have an accurate answer for such a question. Try and get in touch with APU if you are really interested in getting an accurate answer. Could also just wait it out
