I’m going to start studying Japanese now and I need some tips to get started. I’m Brazilian and I can speak English, a little Russian and a little Chinese too.
but I’ve met people who studied Japanese using anime and manga which are two things I watch to kill time, so I would like to know some way I can to learn common Japanese words through the cell phone to understand at least half of the anime or manga

My number 1 tip is listen as soon as possible and to just start, dont think about the best methods but there’s ways to start in the about section
Personal opinion:
Start by mastering hiragana
Move onto katakana
Then use anki decks to memorize Kanji while simultaneously using textbooks like Genki and みんなの日本語 for basic grammar and sentence structure.
i would say pick a manga or anime that you like (i think anime is preferable because you can hear it) and just learn all the words and grammar of it. if you do that you’ll probably be able to understand like half give or take of any other anime or manga
