Moving to Japan after my PhD

I’m in my first year of my PhD In Molecular Biology/Neuroscience at a internationally recognised in the UK university and have decided i want to move to japan to work after finishing my PhD. I’ve visited before for a month and made a few friends there, I also really loved the environment in Tokyo ( I’m from London so it felt quite similar to me anyway). I’m aware of the problems that japan has including when in come to work. But in academia we are pretty used to it ( I had to work in the lab for 12-14 hours during my masters). I’m also planning to visit again next year to make sure it is something i really want to do. Has anyone moved after completing a PhD? How easy is it to find jobs in Neuroscience/Molecular biology are there any good websites and how much Japanese do you need to know. I’ve currently started learning and i’m hoping to get to N3 level by the time i finish my course.
