Hello, everyone! I recently moved to Japan after earning my bachelor’s degree in IT. I’m looking for advice on where to apply for internships, considering my limited knowledge of Japanese. I’m specifically interested in companies that are English-friendly. Currently, I’m not particularly skilled in one specific area, but I’m actively learning Python as I’ve explored various topics during college without mastering a single programming language.
I lack professional job experience and wonder if it’s still feasible for me to secure an internship. Additionally, I’m curious about the possibility of obtaining a tech-related internship without taking up part-time employment. I’m kinda lucky to be staying with relatives, so rent isn’t a problem at least for now. My goal is to gain experience in my field while attending Japanese language classes. Any guidance on my next steps would be greatly appreciated!
Also let me know if there are any places that i can connect with foreign people here or just people my age that know english in general. I need friends for gods sake 🥲🥲.
