Osaka / Kyota / Fukuoka / Tokyo – Itinerary Help

My family (wife + 3 kids) will be traveling to Japan in late May ‘24. This will be a first time in Japan, so we’d like to see as much as possible. Appreciate any feedback ion the itinerary? Am I getting too ambitious or does this work?
**City: Osaka (3 days)**
Day 1 (arrived at 10A): Dotonburi, Osaka Castle
Day 2. Early morning train to Nara, then head to Namba Yasaka Jinja and possibly Pokemon Cafe in Shinsaibashi
Day 3. Naoshima and Teshim

**City: Kyoto (2 days)**
Day 4 (Early morning train to Kyoto). Tofuku-ji Temple / Fushimi Inari Taisha / Nishiki Market / Evening at Gion (Night Pontocho Alley)
Day 5. Arashiyama /Kiyomizu-dera temple, Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, Yasaka Shrine, Kinkakuji,

**City: Fukuoka (2 days)**
Early morning train to Fukuoka
Tour Fukuoka and try to find wife’s family home

**City: Izu Peninsula (1 day)**
Early morning train to Fukuoka. Spend day at Ryokan

**City: Tokyo (3 days)**
Day 8: Ebisu, Nakameguro, Daikanyama
Day 9: Omotesando, Aoyama, Setagaya, Shimokitazawa
Day 10: Tsukiji Market, Imperial Palace, Ginza, Akihibara
Day 11: Leave at 6P
We were initially going to visit Kanazawa and Takayama in between Kyoto and Tokyo, but since my wife’s great grandmother was born in Fukuoka, we’re trying to make it work. Is it too ambitious to include Fukuoka?
