Itinerary Check – Small group trip Jan 31st to Feb 14th

Having already gleaned a ton of information from this sub, I’d really appreciate a little bit of help filling out some of what my small group of friends (3-5 depending on the leg) will be up to while we’re there. I’ve been to Japan before but only for a couple of days in Tokyo and basically everything on the list is new to me.Especially looking for some other stuff to do and places to eat for the Sapporo leg as I’ve never been, but any tips or additions or advice is welcome. I know in some places there is a lot already, but also feel free to tell me that some stuff isn’t as great as it may seem.
