I’ve just ordered a physical card which would be delivered in my hotel in Singapore because I wouldn’t be able to receive the card based on the standard delivery date (Dec 21st) that the app stated for Japan.
Based on Wise’s website, it only takes three working days for physical cards to be delivered in Singapore but I was shocked when the app told me that it would be delivered by Dec 31st. I’m only in Singapore until the morning of December 25th so it’ll be totally late for me to receive it.
So for Wise physical cards issued to Japan-based accounts, are they being processed and shipped from Singapore, the UK or some other country?
If it is being shipped from Singapore then I am hoping that it will be delivered to my hotel this week as per Wise’s website standard delivery estimates.
