What (else) can I do in Tokyo? Advise me please!

Hey there everybody!I came to japan for 30+ days with only a very rough ideas of the things I would be interested in (I generally avoid structure when I can)

I have been in tokyo for a around a week and will stay for 14 more days (I’m also edit: working on some music sometimes, so not in constant tourist mode) more but I’m struggling a bit to know how to fill all those days (which don’t include a 2 days trip to nikko and 9 days to Osaka area)

Premise: I am travelling alone, 24 yrs old, i am into music, arts, food, parks &nature, and having fun interactions with people. I am not particularly interested in anime, shopping or theme parks\\rides.

Things I did already: I explored most of the highlights of tokyo west quite well (ogikubo, kichijoji, nakano, koenji), I saw shinjuku and shibuya and their parks (tho I plan on exploring more), I ate already a lot of ramen, tonkatsu, gyoza, tempura, some sushi (not a fan of fish and seafood), japanese curry. I also checked out Akihabara but yeah not for me.

I am staying at shibuya, asakusa and shimokitazawa next so of course i plan on exploring those areas further. I plan on watching some live concerts, visiting some art museum (yes teamlabs as well), some more parks, and more food spots. I was thinking of visiting a kabukiza and maybe a sumo training practice?

But 14 days is a lot, Is there any standout experience that I’m missing, that might appeal to me? Can be food experiences, hikes, some advanced VR or Robotics fair ahaha anything unique that I might not want to miss?I think I also feel a lot of activities are not as fun doing alone (like just going out to drink or karaoke or whatever) so I’m feeling a bit demotivated.

I enjoyed the city a lot so far, I loved especially people watching, the random interactions I had with japanese people, the cohabitation of nature and quiet and urban sprawl, the contrasting architecture and feel of different districts, and overwhelming options for great food!

Sorry for the long post !

EDIT: Thank you so much for the suggestions! Enough for a few trips
I will come back to refer to this
