hi folks, I’ll keep it brief: I have the opportunity to attend a college and hopefully get a bachelor’s degree in computer science… But I already have a degree in mass communication.
If a long-term career goal of mine is to work in Japan, but in Tech (the field I currently work in) is a compsci degree strictly necessary, or does my experience (5+ years in various roles, currently QA Lead) plus an (admittedly) unrelated degree do the trick? Could it be a barrier?
