Hello,
I’m pretty sure according to my current companies regulations I can’t have two jobs at the same time however I’m leaving.
I would like to take leave as to receive my paid leave and start working the new job during that period.
When my current company finds out about this, is it possible to pursue legal action, or is this simply a company rule that holds no legal grounds?
any experiences or advice?
