It’s so hot here and while walking down the Shinsaibashi I saw several people holding those portable hand held fans. A sales clerk in the Dsimaru department store told us they used to carry them last week but they sold them out. Is there a place where I can pick one up? I’m staying at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda.
