Hi I’m looking at two places to stay for a family trip in Kyoto that is somewhat elderly friendly. One is in the Shimogyo Ward(THE BLOSSOM KYOTO) and the other is in the Higashiyama Ward (Rinn Gion Yasaka). Does anyone have any insight that could help me choose? 🙏
