1. Tenzaru cha soba ! Just tempura and mentsuyu can’t go wrong on hot days like this

2. Agree with the other commenter on zaru soba being very easy and good.

   Also, noodle salads are really good with what you’ve got. Cook, cool and drain the noodles as on the instruction then mix with salad leaves, protein, maybe some tomato, tenkasu (tempura flakes) for crispyness, and some Japanese salad dressing! Yum!
