Name of this dish?!

Hello! I traveled to Japan last Dec. There was this adorable cafe in Kyoto by the Kiyomizu-dera temple. It’s in the “Ninen Zaka Path.” Going up, it’s on the left side in a small alley. The Google translator says it’s called “Ninenzaka sweetness Cafe”. There’s this dish I got and I cannot remember the name of it.

It’s like a cold soup with clear noodles. It’s broth is savory and salty. It has seaweed on top. It’s a small bowl (I’ll attach a picture). If anyone knows the name of the dish, I’d be so happy. Thank you!!
