I have perm res in Japan but have been out of the country for a couple of years and now ready to go back. I want to get an apartment asap (airbnb’s and serviced apartments are brutally expensive and I really don’t want to do the gaijin house thing) but I won’t have a job when I get there. Paying for first, last, deposit, key (if req’d), etc., won’t be a problem.
What would be the best way to go about this? Are there certain agents that I should look for that are better to deal with given my situation, etc?
