I cooked curry for the first time from scratch (no blocks)

  1. seems a little liquid-y, but it could just be the photo. Next time maybe reduce more or add a little corn starch

  2. I made curry using bricks once, never bothered again as it didn’t float my boat.
    How much better was this? I see a lot of curry posts and I love both Indian and Thai curries so maybe I should go this route?
