I’m seeing a lot of places where the restaurants are specializing in specific region, i would really love to taste wagyu side by side from different regions, is there any specific place you know which may have that?
Alternatively, in case i take air bnb with kitchen, can i go to the supermarket/market and buy wagyu from different regions or will be very tough to buy as non-restaurant customer?
