i have the opportunity to buy the 1DK flat where I’m living and want some recommendations, if it’s a good or not so good idea. The price would be 6Million Yen (6 000 000). the building is from 1970 and the flat 35m2. it’s located in adachi , 15 min away from station. I’m actually paying 60 000 yen per month. I see that in the future the bathroom and kitchen will need to be renewed because they are old but nonetheless still functional.
is the price good ? is the building maybe too old ? Do you have some recommendations of elements that I should consider?
