Traveling from Ginza to Hakone to Osaka

My wife and I will be staying in Ginza and will be traveling to Hakone on 4/23 for an overnight stay before heading to Osaka. I am looking for advice as to how to best get to Hakone from Ginza. When going through related topics from this sub, I find that people typically suggest taking either the romancecar directly from Shinjuku station or a Shinkansen to Odawara, and then transferring to a bus/train after that. I am also considering potentially using Yamato to forward my luggage directly to our hotel in Osaka from Tokyo, but I am hesitant (mostly because I’ve never used a service like that).

Given that we are staying in Ginza and will most likely be traveling with luggage, I wasn’t sure which option to would be better for us. Would love for some feedback or potentially other suggestions I might not have thought of.

I would also appreciate any suggestions as to how to best travel to Osaka from Hakone. My idea right now is to take a cab to Odawara station and to take the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka to transfer to a connecting train.
