We’re a couple living in Japan applying for an Australia family class visa.
We’re asked to submit police checks from all countries we lived in within the last 10 years. We lived in Canada for 3 years before moving here.
Doing some research I found two types of services, one looks [rather easy and cheap](https://mycrc.ca/) but Im not sure if this is what Australia will accept.
[Another service](https://www.fingerprintroomjapan.co.jp/ja-rcmpbackgroundcheck/) I found involves fingerprint taking but is 10 times more expensive.
I wonder if anyone here has gotten such police check from within Japan for immigration purposes and which service did use?
