What is the best option for a Japanese IME on MacOS these days?
I find the default one very cumbersome to use. I used to use ATOK, which was a lot better, but I am wondering whether there is a better one available now.
Meanwhile, if anyone knows a way to turn off the thing where it lists a dozen different ways of writing today’s date before offering any actual kanji choices for きょう, I’d love to hear from you!
