What are the options to make the 3 fund portfolio in Japan?

3 Fund portfolio contains funds from the following 3 categories

1. Foundational Fund (representative of the Stock market)
1. For this there is the eMAXIS Slim US Stocks (S&P500) index which is pretty good in terms of expense ratio.
2. High Risk High Reward Fund
1. For this there are the eMAXIS NASDAQ 100 and Nissei NASDAQ 100 index funds. The Nissei one has lower expense ratio than eMAXIS one but is Nissei is as trustworthy as eMAXIS? In terms of following the NASDAQ100 index.
3. Low Risk Fund
1. Here one of the options are Global Bond ETFs, for this there is eMAXIS Slim Developed Country Bond Index. Are there any other options like Vanguard Total Bond Market ETF (BND) or Schwab U.S. Aggregate Bond Index Fund (SWAGX)
2. Another better option here is High Dividend Yield ETFs, but I couldn’t find any options for these type of ETFs in Japan. So are there any options for US or Global High Dividend Yield ETFs? Like Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF (SCHD) or Vanguard High Dividend Yield ETF (VYM)
