Last week I bought a formal coat in uniqlo then now I realize I should get the next size, can I still able to return and replace it with new size even if I already throw away the receipt?
If this is possible, can I get replacement in any uniqlo branch?
Btw I purchased it using credit card so i have the reference number.

Their website says a receipt is required.
They need the receipt for inventory management, it’s not just a proof-of-purchase.
I did once without a receipt… it probably depends on the manager/ staff …
Did you scan your app? It has your complete purchase history on it.
