Hello, I posted my itinerary previously and after seeing the comments, I just wanted to clarify that we’re not trying to check anything off a list so feel free to suggest further changes if you feel they would be nice.

Tbh, that feels kinda empty for first timer
13th of January: I think you can finish nara before afternoon if you go there early. After that, go back to osaka straight away. There is no way you can finish den den town and dotonbori in one night. Dotonbori itself will take your entire night (they have extension street that full of shops too). Den den town is another time sink if you want to look for figurine, model kits etc. And please check if den den town stores open at night or not
14th: kiyomizu dera is a must not only because it is an amazing temple but also because the stores around it. Yes it will be jam packed, but you can find interesting street food and souvenirs there
16th: I suggest to leave early so you can have more time in shibuya and shinjuku (possibly harajuku) and meiji jingu is very close to shibuya / shinjuku, I would put meiji jingu here
17th: can you go to fuji excursion like earlier? Or is it already scheduled? It feels like a waste of traveling time if you start going to kawaguchiko at 11.30
19th: go to tsukiji first really early in the morning, like at 6:30-7 am, trust me, anything above that will be nightmare, so jam packed. Then to sensoji. If you go too early to sensoji, none of the shop will be open
If you have time before going to or after teamlab, go to diver city, it is only one station away and you can see 1:1 unicorn gundam statue that absolutely amazing at night
While it is a bit longer, (1h03 instead of 43 min), using the Rapid train on the JR Kansai Airport line would cost 1080 yen instead of 2370 for the Haruka. There is also the Nankai Kuro line going to Shin-Imamiya station in 53 minutes for 970 yen or the Nankai limited express for 1490 in 48 minutes.
Does not really make sense to change hotel withing Tokyo.
Keep in mind that most stores in Akihabara will close at 8pm
