Itinerary check and questions for 5D4N in Tokyo!

Hi! I am going on a week trip to Japan next February and I am going to be spending 5 Days & 4 Nights in Tokyo. My first point of arrival in Japan is actually Osaka, spending two days over there before going to Tokyo. We are going to stay in Shinjuku so most nights will be spent exploring the Shinjuku’s nightlife including Kabukicho, Golden Gai, and Omoide Yokocho

So far, my Tokyo itinerary looks like this:
**Day 1: Shibuya & Harajuku**

* Arrive at Shinagawa Station by Shinkansen from Osaka
* Transfer to Shinjuku, put belongings in coin lockers
* Yoyogi Park
* Meiji-Jingu
* Takeshita-dori and Harajuku, Lunch at Gyukatsu Motomura in Harajuku
* Walk to Shibuya Crossing
* Shibuya Sky near sunset
* Spend the night exploring Shibuya OR go back to Shinjuku and spend the night there (Kabukicho/Golden Gai/Omoide Yokocho)

**Day 2: Day trip to Kawaguchiko**

* Take the bus from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Arakura Sengen Park
* Chureito Pagoda
* Go to Kawaguchiko Station
* Buy the Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Bus Pass
* Go to Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway
* Lunch at Hotou Fudou near the Music Forest Museum
* Oishi Park
* Itchiku Kubota Art Museum
* Kawaguchiko Bridge
* Go back to Tokyo
* Spend the night in Shinjuku (Kabukicho/Golden Gai/Omoide Yokocho)

**Day 3: Asakusa + Akihabara**

* Go to Nakamise-dori
* Senso-ji
* Go to Akihabara and spend the day there until the evening
* Pass by Tokyo Station to purchase some Omiyage/Souvenirs
* Go back to Hotel and Rest

**Day 4: A little bit of Odaiba + Roppongi**

* teamLab Planets first thing in the morning
* Lunch at Toyosu Market
* DiverCity + Unicorn Gundam Statue
* Fuji Television Building
* Statue of Liberty
* Odaiba Seaside Park
* Go to Tokyo Tower
* Finish the day by going up the Roppongi Mori Hills Observatory

**Day 5: FLEX**

* FLEX
* Flight back to our country at 16:40 from HND

Things to add: This is actually gonna be my second time visiting Japan but this time I am going with friends who are first-timers so I find it a little bit hard to balance between going to the well-known places and adding something new that I have not visited on my first trip. Some things that are bugging me:

* I want to visit Tokyo Tower and the Roppongi Hills observatory this time around but I find it hard to slot in the right time in the itinerary. For now, I am putting it in day 4 but I am a bit worried that I won’t have enough time during that day. Looking for advice on which day I should visit Tokyo Tower and the nearby Roppongi Hills.
* Is Nakano Broadway worth a visit? If so, on which day should I slot it in?
* Is a day trip to Hakone better over Kawaguchiko? Especially for first-timers.
* My current itinerary does not include Ginza but one of my friends want to visit the Uniqlo flagship store in Ginza and see the Seiko Clock building near Ginza Six. How should I find time for this? I think the best day to slot this in is during the Odaiba visit but in that case, I would need quite a detour to accommodate both Ginza and Tokyo Tower on the same day.

I would like some general advice and critiques for my itinerary. Thanks in advance! Any recommendations on fun and unique things to do are welcomed!
