I am sure the sushi is great. Sad to see lazy chefs using cucumber sticks of different sizes for sashimi and just throwing the micro herbs here nor there. I can’t even used the word batons because it’s that lazy for a chef not to use something else. The restaurant doesn’t look like it’s a budget place because they would not be using micro herbs. Could also be owners paying their chefs peanuts 🤗.
All looks delicious but that’s some crazy thiccc sashimi! What was it like to chew?
