Using the Amazon 2 times payment plan with Rakuten Credit Card

I want to use the 2 times payment option with my registered card (Rakuten Credit Card) on Amazon. It says that some fees may occur depending on your credit card issuer however, I’ve had a look but can’t find any info about it.

Has anyone used this service on AmazonJP?
