Hello! I’m wondering about starting a small italian food business in Japan Countryside and especially in Nagano (was thinking of Ueda)
Someone who living there could give me some advice?
Ik “you won’t know until you try” or “food business is inflated everywhere nowadays” but I would ask:
Is it possible to start it in Ueda or other peripheral areas of for example Nara Niigata Nagano countryside? or it’s something possible only in big cities like Kyoto, Nara itself, Osaka etc?
I’m not talking abt money and language barriers, more abt compatibility with business, especially foreign food business and countryside like Ueda (that in the end it’s not even that little)
And Ik im asking for too much 😅 but someone really experienced of these places can give me a top countryside palces to establish and run a business
