We will be landing at 18:10 on Sunday night at Kansai terminal 1. I was looking at the Kansai Airport Bus Website and saw that it takes an hour to get to the Herbis Osaka Station which is next door to the Hilton Osaka. The only thing is is that my wife requires a mobility scooter to get around and I’d have to deal with offloading two suitcases and a collapsible scooter. Would taking an Uber be faster and the better option as it is door to door service? I’ve not used Uber before. Can I prebook a ride while I’m waiting for my connecting flight from Narita to Kansai?
