Are Latte Art Throwdown events at all popular in Kyoto?
My friend is a Barista from Hawaii who owns her own cafe and is visiting Kyoto tomorrow for 3 days. Back in Hawaii, she hosts lots of community meetups there where baristas from all the different cafes hang out and pour latte art together.
Does anyone know of any events like that here?
Or does anyone have suggestions for really good cafes to check out?
