I’m going to be in Japan at the end of March and was wondering if I’ll be okay waiting until being in Japan to buy Shinkansen tickets. This is my planned Shinkansen itinerary:
3/31 – Tokyo to Kyoto
4/4 – Kyoto to Hiroshima
4/6 – Hiroshima to Tokyo
Will I be able to wait until in Japan or even the week/day of the train to book them? Or is it more like a plane ticket that I need to book now?
