Posting here instead of /r/japanlife because it’s still a couple days before I arrive in Japan and I don’t want to get banned…
I’ll soon be ordering something from an online storefront, which is my first time getting something shipped to my Japanese address. I’m filling out [this form](https://i.imgur.com/wJLj4Uu.png) and had a few questions about the nuances of it. It first asks for my 郵便番号 and 都道府県 which I obviously know how to fill in. But for the following fields:
– For 市区郡, do I need to put the 市 at the end?
– For 住所 1 行目, do I put my ward, subarea, chōme, and block & building number?
– For 住所 2 行目, should I put my apartment building name, and my specific room number? Or how do I fill out my address, and break it up into line 1 and 2?
– For 氏名, would it be good to have my name in both rōmaji and katakana? (And should I do ‘first last’ or ‘last first’, if it matters?)
