USJ Osaka Express Pass 7 – Can someone explain to me how to use this pass please? They have asked to select sessions/preferred time too.

Hey all, so i have bought the USJ entrance ticket + Express Pass 7 via Klook. I’m travelling solo, by right I could make use of the single rider benefit but just wanna be safe. And since it’s my birthday that day, gonna splurge and have fun!

What I don’t understand is the session – does that mean i have to go to the places at the designated attractions within this time frame? I read that I could also use the USJ app later to book timed entry too right? I can do it for all other attractions that are not covered in my passes?
