From left to right: Hours, minutes, delay start, start (cook), keep warm/off, select (probably cycles through options that should appear when the cooker is on), nutrition rice (not sure what that is, but my guess is a special cooking mode if you want rice with other ingredients mixed in)
The only buttons you really need for cooking basic rice would be the red start button and the warm/off button to its right.
You might also want to clean that stuff. That’s kinda nasty. Also vdada isn’t Japanese. It’s a faux Japanese product by a Chinese company to lure buyers who don’t know Japanes. there are so many of them out there, and this is one of them. there are very clear signs of it being a Chinese product.
知能炊飯器 is just funny. I don’t know why they even thought 知能 would be “smart” in Japanese
It always makes me wonder why Chinese corps never get their fake Japanese products checked by a native speaker…the crazy part is that they claim that this rice cooker is imported from Japan. Not sure if that’s genius or just disingenuous.
Anyway you can always use Google translate app through your camera. Most of them make sense in Japanese. It translates it in real time! Try next time.

the warning label(top left) is weirdly phrased.
æ „é¤Šé£¯ (nutritional rice, located on the right side) is not Japanese. Could it mean 麦飯 Or 雑穀米, possiblly 玄米? Absolutely have no clue from a native speaker standpoint.
