I’m going to Osaka with my friend in a month & a half, and am looking to get a reservation in a few weeks if possible to a nice restaurant for the two of us. Price not including wine (Gotta get a bottle of wine).

I figured Osaka would be good, because we’re planning on walking around town / maybe heading to some bars and whatnot afterwards.
​
It’s okay if there are no English services available.
