Tokashiki is the closer and my prefferred one, the beaches are really great. Ferry schedule is flexible and you can stay there from 5 to 7 hours, and you don’t waste time on the boat. At the port there are buses taking you to Aharen and other places.
I couldn’t recommend Zamami more! The island is small enough to easily get around by bike and it has some amazing beaches with coral, sea turtles, etc. I would recommend staying there for at least one night. (Ama Beach in the morning should have sea turtles)
Tokashiki and Zamami are both fantastic. If I had to choose, I would say Zamami. Both Ama beach and Furuzamami beach is within walking distance from Zamami port. You have only 3 days and probably you don’t want to waste time to wait for the bus in Tokashiki.
