Someone recently mentioned the Isetan rooftop in Shinjuku as a place one can go to visit for free and just chill or eat lunch. Is there a comprehensive list of similar free rooftops that one can check out? If not, feel free to recommend places here.
As a quick note, my favourite “free rooftop” I’ve visited was the one at the New Sky Building in Shinjuku (my favourite building in Tokyo). Gf and I took the elevator to the highest floor…saw that someone had left the door to the rooftop open and checked it out. It was quite an experience.
