I had a bag of rubbish and was walking around aki to try find a place to throw it when I saw these two plastic bins (red and blue) on the corner and may have belonged to a cafe?( or could just be a public one). Am I allowed to throw my rubbish bag into this bag as the rubbish stinks and I don’t want to leave it in my hotel room
